Who We Are

We are Gianluca Gambatesa and Marco Ossani, consultants and facilitators, conversation designers, experiential teachers and sense seekers – we help Organisations to develop Strategies to innovate and thrive in complexity, valuing teamwork and personal contribution.

We select the tools according to the contexts in which we’re going to face our challenges. We research, develop and disseminate participative tools and approaches to innovation and change. 

Coming from different corporate experiences – we are, respectively, an electrical engineer and a physical chemist – we share a deep interest and passion for science, philosophy and anthropology, as well as the desire to explore with our Clients new paths to roam in complexity.
